Eleven parcels of farmland for a combined 229.3 acres in south Miami-Dade County were sold for $10.23 million.
Limestone 227 LLC, managed by Joseph A. Sanz and Kevin Sanz, sold the properties to Marista Holdings LLC, managed by Lourdes Rodriguez in Homestead. The deal was financed by a $6.25 million mortgage from Impella Services, a British Virgin Islands company. The borrower also increased its mortgage with Multisanto Worldwide, also a British Virgin Islands company, from $5.2 million to $11.45 million. The latter loan covers other properties in Florida as well.
The 11 parcels are located in four places around Homestead and the Redlands:
– 85 acres at the intersection of Southwest 280th Street and Southwest 117th Avenue just north of Homestead Air Reserve Base.
– 79 acres at the northwest corner of Southwest 184th Street and Krome Avenue.
– 45.4 acres at the southwest corner of Southwest 312th Street and Northeast 43rd Avenue.
– 19.9 acres at the northwest corner of Southwest 288th Street and Krome Avenue.
