NAI Miami Secures 8,000 SF, 20-Year Lease At Shops Of Marlin Park

NAI Miami, a member of the world’s premier managed network of commercial real estate firms, announced today the team of Claire Holash and Jeremy Larkin negotiated on behalf of their client, the City of Miami, an 8,000-square-foot, 20-year lease for Casablanca at Marlins Park for a restaurant and seafood market located in the Home Plate Garage at Shops of Marlins Park.

Casablanca currently operates a restaurant and seafood market on the Miami River, and a restaurant at 1717 N. Bayshore Drive in Miami.

With this lease, occupancy at the Shops of Marlins Park reached 75.4% with other space under negotiation.

The Shops of Marlins Park consists of 57,501 square feet of retail/office space located in three of the four parking garages of Marlins Park.  The retail bays are located in the Home Plate Garage, Third Base Garage and First Base Garage with frontage on NW 7th Street and the West Promenade.
